Data privacy
We take protection of your personal information very seriously. We align our data processing with the objective of only collecting, processing or using personal information required for sensible and economic use of our offer.
Below, you will learn when data is saved during use of our internet offer and how we use them. We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the provisions on data privacy are complied with. Our offers are in particular subject to the provisions of the Federal Data Privacy Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz; BDSG) and the Telecommunications Data Privacy Act (Teledienstdatenschutzgesetz; TDDSG).
Personal information
Personal information is information that can be used to determine your identity. This includes, among others, names or address data. Information that cannot be directly connected to specific persons is not part of this.
Our online offer is generally usable without disclosing your identity. If you participate in any of our personalized services, you will be separately asked for the data required for processing of the services. Whether or not you participate in such services and enter the respective data is subject to your free decision.
We save your information on especially protected servers in Germany. Access to them is limited to the necessary number of especially authorized persons who are charged with the technical commercial or editorial support of the servers.
In connection with your access, we save data for backup purposes on our servers that may permit identification (e.g. IP address, date, time and pages viewed). This information is not used in any personalized fashion.
For assessment and for continuous improvement of the quality of our online offer, we perform statistical assessments of the access to our pages. This partially also takes place by using counter graphics included in the pages. The data collected in this manner is, however, strictly anonymous and does not permit any conclusion regarding personal information of the users.
Your data will in no case be used to generate user profiles of any kind.
Forwarding of personal information to third parties
Generally, we do not pass on any personal information to third parties. In particular; we do not forward personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.
If you use any personalized services of our offer, for the purpose of performing and processing the service, however, collection of personalised data and forwarding to third parties may be required. This information is, however, only saved or forwarded at the scope required for order processing. For this, an express declaration of consent is required when completing the respective form. Third parties to whom the data is forwarded in the scope of order processing are otherwise bound to the statutory provisions for handling of personal information.
Where we are obliged to do so by law or court decision, we convey data to the respective bodies authorized to provide information.
Revocation right
If you have left any personal information to us, you may delete them again at any time. Data for settlement and accounting purposes are not affected by termination or deletion.
Use of Cookies
We do not use any cookies on our websites. Apart from this, you may deactivate saving of cookies by setting your browser so that it does not permit dispatching of cookies or that you are informed if cookies are saved before the cookies are accepted.
Children
Persons under 18 years of age should not submit any personal information to us without the parents' or guardian's consent. We do not request personal information from children, do not collect them and do not pass them on to any third parties.

Where our websites contain links to the offers of other service providers, we cannot assume any warranty or liability that these websites also correspond to the statutory provisions.
