Or think of situations where animals e.g. are placed for several days on unattended remote pastures and stables. A frost-free watering place is therefore in any case a worthwhile investment.
Frost-free dew ponds and safe supply pipes
Hemstedt heating cables are the reliable solution for frost-free watering. Pre-assembled cables with thermostat are easily mounted along the feed line and the outlet of the trough, and as soon as the temperature falls below 5°C, the thermostat switches on and ensures a frost-free watering. If necessary, also the entire basin of the watering place can be kept frost-free by a heating cable.
Available in any length
The Hemstedt heating cables are available in various preassembled lengths. But also heating cables by the meter are available for extremely long, frost-hazard leads or large watering places, so that each project can be realized.
