The SH silicone heating are operated with low voltage (12 or 24 volts). This opens up many new possibilities to use them.
Possible range of application for low-voltage heating cables
The range of application for low-voltage heating cables is extremely broad. It can be used anywhere where 230 volts are not (or hardly) available, such as caravans, alpine huts, boats or yachts. They can also be used where 230 volts could be dangerous, like aquariums or in the garden as frost protection for plants.
